Our aim is to place children and the East Herrington community at the heart of practical climate action: building knowledge, agency and green skills while reducing environmental impact, improving biodiversity and preparing our school for a changing climate.

Our Commitment to a Greener Future

East Herrington Primary Academy is committed to helping create a greener, healthier and more sustainable future for our children and community. We will place pupils at the heart of meaningful climate action, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to make responsible choices and influence positive change. Through high-quality climate education, pupil leadership, improved biodiversity, responsible use of resources and strong community partnerships, we will reduce our environmental impact while ensuring sustainability becomes a visible and lasting part of school life.
