Government Funded Breakfast Club

At East Herrington Primary Academy from September 2026 we will be running a free breakfast club for all pupils daily. This is funded through the government initiative and will replace the daily bagels.

Every morning all children in school can arrive from 8:25 am and they must enter school via the main entrance. The last entry to this club will be at 8:35 am to allow all children enough time to eat their breakfast and then be ready for the start of school.

The children can choose from a range of healthy cereals, different toasted breads and a range of fruit and yoghurts. This is open to all children from Reception to Y6.

In the first instance, there is no need to book and we will monitor this and then this may be subject to change.
